After installing, the eye appears on your desktop. No account to create, nothing to configure.
Drag it somewhere it stays in the corner of your eye. It floats above every window.
Click the eye in the menu bar (the system tray on Windows) and pick a blink interval. The default is 4 seconds — the pace of a healthy adult.
Scroll the mouse wheel over it to resize, and lower the opacity until it is barely there.
Then forget about it. When you see it blink, blink with it.
A healthy adult blinks about 15 times a minute. Reading a screen drops that to roughly 5 — and the blinks that do happen are often incomplete. The tear film breaks up, and by evening your eyes burn.

No. There is no camera access and no screen reading. The app talks to our server only when you activate your license, and roughly once a month after that to check it is still valid.
Open EyeBlink on the old one and choose “Release this device”, then enter your key on the new one. It is free and there is no limit. If the old computer is gone, email us and we will release it for you.
